  • To people, strategy is an abstract thing: no matter how many times you explain things, people will never fully understand. Resistance to change exists no matter what, practical objections are made when it comes to putting strategy into practice.
  • People sense that whatever they have to do today and tomorrow won’t make much of a difference for the things mentioned in the strategy, that they don’t really interfere.
  • People (continue to) work on things they should not be working on – resuming projects which do not contribute to the strategy, or they pick up new projects that do not add to it. Managers lack specific tools to respond properly.

We will analyse the sense of commitment of key persons, departments and teams during implementation.       • For each department or team, we will organise a workshop at which we will discuss the strategy vis-a-vis the reality of the present. Based on that, we will allow people to map the impact: which things should we cancel? And which things should we actually launch? Which focus areas interfere with strategy?
      • People will learn how to combine the team targets set and your individual targets for personal development and development of skills, setting their individual targets based on that.

          • Everyone perfectly understands the strategy and is able to share it clearly.
          • People feel committed to the strategy, understanding the steps required to contribute to its execution.
          • Projects are launched which directly add to the strategy. In fact: projects which don’t, or which contribute insignificantly are cancelled.
          • More targets are being reached, and people truly feel progress is being made.
